Hyperbola is no longer offering packages without possible maintaining persons. It is just not possible for us to maintain that amount of packages as small operating-system. For HyperbolaBSD we have even more a clear focus and as Hyperbola GNU/Linux-libre is even now no longer a generic meant system-distribution we have decided to remove specific packages. If you have interest to keep a maintained version you can always access the needed packaging-scripts:

https://git.hyperbola.info:50100/~team/ … 1df274334a
https://git.hyperbola.info:50100/~team/ … cda377f077

It is always possible to offer those packages within separated repositories with community-maintenance and therefore focus.
We always appreciate helping hands within packages and fixing or / and updating. But as said: No longer in that amount. Our upcoming version 0.4.5 is the most possible as stated and kept at the point of possible made packages / software included in the system. For everything else users will be responsible from now on! LibreCAD is a very specialized packages, not commonly used. Therefore the removal including also needed dependencies.

Besides the generic aspect of needed maintaining persons we also have no interest to upgrade the qt-framework and do not want to offer a community-edition of a generic non-free project: LibreCAD is based as fork on the community-edition of QCad. We have no doubts within the licensing, but from our perspective it is not helpful to offer such software-projects. We think that a project needs to be free, libre in every aspect and therefore we cannot be sure that users get the full amount of sources and implementations.
