Current progress: i added comments to 2 or 3 functions and coded a clickable launcher icon but broke the tag buttons because im making the click handler more readable

This will be a hardfork of suckless dwm with aligning but different goals

1. Keep the simple codebase and O(1) time complexity goal
1a. make a image2code backend to embed png files
1b. Use this image embedding tool to make the ui much more beautiful
1c. Use this image embedder to add a background setter
1d. Code a effect calculator to add translucency and blur that is applied at compile time
2. Make it more user friendly with a more beautiful and featureful default panel
2a. Add doxygen comments for internals
2b. Add amazing manual pages
2c. Add optional xresources support
