Nevertheless the earliest point for review will be after HyperbolaBSD being ready and released in version 1.0 stable. For now PHP is not our perspective to be re-added.

Please have therefore in mind that Hyperbola is clearly offline-oriented!
So you can add PHP as a package again whenever you want personally, but we do not recognize complex web-appliances and multiple layers of different services connected as a promising future.
