Because we have no further application in need for that kind of library and as long as we are not going add, there is no need for this. Quality above quantity. And I speak only for version 0.4 as version 0.3.1 uses another technical aspect for many packages. So we cannot add qt4-webkit and as 0.3.1 will become old-stable in the next time we won't do that also.
