			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>At summer 2016 when I was on nonfree Linux Mint it needs nonfree AlsaFirmware to make use of an audio playback, however in GNU/Linux-libre systems like Parabola, PureOS, Devuan (w/o contrib or nonfree), Trisquel, FreeNIX, Hyperbola my machine never voices w/o a knowledge what&#039;s a libre replacement to nonfree AlsaFirmware for that audio card as coded below. <img src="https://forums.hyperbola.info/img/smilies/smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="smile" /><br /></p><div class="codebox"><pre><code>root@darkstar:~# lspci -nnkv|grep -ie audio -ie sound -ie snd -ie music -ie jack
