I searching program for data recovery at Sata HD.

I tested photorec and foremost, but not sucess activictie.

Just a quick tip, that will help you immensely... Use nextcloud-client or flash drives to backup your information.

In case something goes wrong in your laptop, most likely an error or stability issue... malware in linux is harder to implement...

By far I would go for flash drives, and a good rsyinc "include file".

If you choose to use nextcloud-client I recommend using disroot.org as your cloud storage. and if your willing to pay, indie.host

Although, disroot.org is better because it has tighter security and relies  on donations meaning it costs nothing unless you want to pay.

But yeah, flash drives are good too.
