Topic: Lightdm doesn't always turn on the way it should

1/3 of the time I boot up in my x200 libreboot device it goes to the CLI terminal login area.

Which I find most unusual...

and really annoying too.

I wondered if this is related to lightdm or to all the dms?

says something about a random seed failed or something like that. I would have to let the error resurface again to fell you the issue...

im glad it works for you, if its gets annoying there is one time fix alternative tough like applying nodm, autologin, autostart, xinitrc, bashscript etc in archwiki or you can wait until this display manager bug fixed upstream just the same as me smile

just noticing if im starting hyperbola from external harddisk  way the login screen worked perfectly
the problem goes back if starting using internal sata port, im using laptop btw
