Topic: Why does Hyperbola use HTTP instead of HTTPS?

I had to login to the site using HTTP?? This is not very good and unsafe....

We are aware of that and it is not that Hyperbola is using HTTP. It is only temporary because of the renewal of certificates.

Human being in favor with clear principles and so also for freedom in soft- and hardware!

That's weird, I am using https right now.

Most web browsers do actually use https regardless unless the web site has zero support for it. Which Hyperbola does have support for https.

Hello  Zapper. This issue has already been resolved, I have never seen anything except failures for Hyperbola to use http!
Now everything works correctly!

I bet its because I was using https always with iceweasel-uxp.

If you don't have https always, sometimes the page might not have https even if its an option.
