Topic: Does elinks support Javascript?
I've read that some versions of elinks use SpiderMonkey's Javascript engine (or another JS engine), so I was wondering if the one included in Hyperbola's repository did.

Hello and welcome to the forums.
As of now spidermonkey is deprecated by Mozilla and we also do not support this combination. Newer versions alike 130.0 need Rust and we would then freeze the library and project in a version unsupported and also unmaintained. Especially for webbrowsers and javascript this is a crucial and not good situation then.
So we packaged our version of elinks without this. Also have a look here: https://github.com/rkd77/elinks/issues/29
