we want to inform about current syncing issues with our package-mirrors. You can see that here: https://www.hyperbola.info/mirrors/status/
Especially the following mirrors got disturbance:

For the moment we recommend choosing different for testing and stable.
We keep informed when this is resolved and for sure working with high priority to resolve this.
