Topic: How to extract files from Firejail sandboxes?

Our version of Firejail doesn't offer the --get command that later versions offer.

I've downloaded a pdf from a firejailed instance of Iceweasel, and I want to save the pdf to use outside of that sandbox.

I usually download it on to the Downloads folder than immediately move it elsewhere.
