The command rfkill is part of the package util-linux which resides in the repository core.
There was never and is no package named rfkill.
Furthermore: The command rfkill resides in /usr/sbin and is therefore NOT accessible without corresponding privileges out of reasoning. We do not provide "usr-merge" and therefore also not all binaries into /usr/bin alike.
Thus it seemed to me too, my mistake, I have changed the BIOS with the LIBREBOT_20160907 version and RFKILL was unusable,
reinstalling CANOEBOOT_20240612 the command works perfectly.
As this is solved: Thread closed.
