Topic: PHP license has been changed

According to new version of https://www.php.net/license/index.php, PHP (and Zend framework) license has been changed to BSD-3, so now (i think) it can be re-added to the package repository

Hello and welcome to the forums, we will watch carefully on the situation of PHP now and in the future. Nevertheless the earliest point for review will be after HyperbolaBSD being ready and released in version 1.0 stable. For now PHP is not our perspective to be re-added.

Please have therefore in mind that Hyperbola is clearly offline-oriented!
So you can add PHP as a package again whenever you want personally, but we do not recognize complex web-appliances and multiple layers of different services connected as a promising future.
