XLibre is initiated by a person with really doubtful motivations. Radicale anti-democratic. So perhaps the project itself maybe not seen any longer that way? But we should never forget its roots: We have a working X-Server. No interest in XLibre. Also to see that meson is declared as build-toolchain, which is even more doubtful and bloated by itself. We surely do not need to make even more work instead less.
Thanks, but no! ![]()
Not that you misunderstand: Every proposal gets a welcome. But xlibre is really too much from its own roots, its current development-guide (roadmap) and it is technical heading in a complete different direction. Meanwhile its apolitical stance can be also a dangerous forwarded problem later on as they do not take any kind of stance.
